Experience the body in motion through art, sound, and active participation. Inspired by Muscle Memory: Lens on the Body, an exhibition drawn from the collections of the Center for Creative Photography and Phoenix Art Museum, this First Friday explores how artists represent the human figure and the lived experiences of movement, aging, and transformation.

• Dance Lessons with The Jukebox Fam: Move, groove, and activate your muscle memory
• Right Brain Workouts with Walter Hive: Exercise your creativity through embodied play

• Drawn to Sound with Briggs Kennedy: Watch your drawings translate into live music
• Live music with resident DJ J-ME LEE
• Open Mic hosted by Rashaad Thomas: An invitation for voices, stories, and expression
• Meet the team behind Everybody Lifting Club (ELC) at First Friday! As the core program of the Everybody Lifting nonprofit, ELC is an LGBTQIA+ and size-inclusive fitness club that builds strength, confidence, and community.
