Reflections Between Flashes, Tuấn Andrew Nguyễn
Inspired by the kinetic works of Alexander Calder, Tuan Andrew Nguyen’s Reflection Between Flashes transforms instruments of war into art. Cast from salvaged, unexploded munitions recovered in central Vietnam, the sculpture features twelve plate bells that move with the flow of air, filling the gallery with sound. Join Erica Brown, Family Programs Manager, as she explores how Nguyen creates harmony in a place marked by loss.
Object of the Month is made possible by CMI Gold & Silver.
