Marking the centenary of the death of Amedeo Modigliani (1884-1920), Maverick Modigliani is a documentary feature that shares the story of a remarkable talent who transcended stereotypes. The film traces the artist’s life, from his origins in Livorno, Italy, to his adventures in the Paris of Picasso and Brancusi, to his love for his wife and frequent subject of his portraits Jeanne Hébuterne. Discover this contemporary classic that uncovers the depths of the renowned avant-garde artist.
